The charger is like any other charger. Works well but the cord that comes with the phone is short and it’s also annoying that they no longer include the charger with the iPhone. And of course they had to change all the chargers with the new phones. Just more ways for them to make even more money.

I’ve always used the “cube“ in the past, now will never go back! Will also be buying this for a couple of friends, both of which complain how long it takes their phone to charge when needed quickly.

The product works well for my new iPhone 13. I am quite pleased with it. The Best But staff was very helpful in assisting me with this selection.

Pricy, but useful. I dislike that the new iPhone 12's don't come with a power adapter, but on the bright side, I can get my iPhone 12 Pro fully charged in 1.5 hours.

Does what it does. Nothing to see here. Nice of Apple to not include it with phones. Next thing you know phones are going to come without a phone

This adapter powers up my phone a lot quicker than my old one. I would definitely recommend it as having my phone charged quickly is always a concern.

I recommend buying it For those who need two ports, there is a 35w with two ports.

I really like this new 20w adapter. It really makes a big difference for fast charge with the usb C. The main issue with the block is that it is very bulky.

Sucks you have to buy these separate for the new iPhones but they are good and charge much faster then the standard bases. Take about an hour to charge the 12 pro.

I hate that Apple no longer includes these in new device purchases. It is such a price grab. Other than that, this wall adapter works great.

I came in, ask for help and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable. I was in a out in a short amount of time, which suited me just fine.

iPhone 13 I purchased is a great item to get. Easy to use and compared to the price in others store, the price at Best buy was the best one I could find.

Working great with the iPhone 12 Pro, I can see a significant quick charge compared to the old cable. Apple should have definitely included it with the new phones.

Expensive for what it is but works fine. Needed for new iPad. Does the job.

What can I say… it charges what I connect to it. Works.

Not sure if it is true that Apple chargers are better for the battery. I am sure they work wonderfully. Mahalo Apple and Mahalo Best Buy for having these on sale!!
