My new iPhone 12 didn't come with a charging adapter, only the cord. Yep, total drag, but not the fault of Best Buy. Decided I'd rather give my money to Best Buy than Apple, plus I'll do just about anything to avoid going in to the mall where the Apple store is located.

This is a high quality product that was delivered promptly in great shape. It should have been included with my iPad.

I guess as the iPhone gets more features. I don't understand why the new 12 pro max doesn't come with a plug. This one works fast but it is not cheap.

A lot better than the old 5W chargers. Good improvement to use USB-C instead of regular USB. Still pricey.

Having gotten new iPads and iPhones we needed to get some new adapters since our old iPhone 11 adapters don’t fit the new cords. Thus adapter works fine it’s just frustrating that Apple changed the cords so we can’t use the old ones!

4 stars because this works but oddly I have this same charger for iPads and its a 50/50 chance to charge different Apple devices. Took off 1 star because Apple should be great quality but these charging bricks are not 100% compatible with all apple products. Man, i had better charging experience with Samsung and LG bricks to charge Apple products than Apple products themselves. Also it should have came with a dang cable at least too!!!!

A regular charger, nothing especial about it. It works well with iPhone 12, it does heat up a little bit when using, but nothing out of the ordinary.

The Apple-20W USB-C power adapter works great. It charges faster. The price it’s not bad, but it should come when you purchase the Phone.

Smooth transaction and pickup was easy. The staff was friendly

It is a bit lousy of Apple not to include wall chargers with their new iPhones. They include them with the new iPad Air though. It’s a decent charger.

A must have charger for all the new iPhones and Apple products. Best Buy stocks plenty so readily available. This is a 20W for faster charging times.

My items were not in a bag ! I had to request a bag and that was not ok with me I ordered 4 items and he did not give me a bag !

Unfortunately Apple no longer provides the USB power adapter block necessary for charging with their new iPhones. The cable however is provided but you must purchase the adapter. Best Buy has them in stock so I was able to get one quickly, easy in and easy out!

Works as expected. Since iPhone is not coming with the power adapter (that's bad), this product is very useful.

Due to Apple not providing a charging brick with their new iPhone 12, I figured I would purchase the authentic Apple Power adapter. It does the job. I also have a fast charging Samsung adapter which charges my Samsung a lot faster. But for Apple specific, this adapter does fine.

Product works very well still. I couldn't ask for a better charging adapter!

Works fine, easy to use. Good price and if I need more I will be purchasing from Best Buy only.
