    The charging rate is incredible, Apple should have included these with their new phones instead of keeping the price the same and charging us for the bricks since the cables were USB-C and all the old chargers were USB-A.

    I purchased that open-box monitor online from Best Buy, and it was clearly mentioned that it comes with all accessories, as it's in the excellent category for open-box items. I received the order yesterday without the power and HDMI cables, and when I contacted customer service, they told me to visit any Best Buy store, which defeats the purpose of purchasing online and then visiting the store to ask for accessories. Well, I visited the store, and at first, they refused to help me because I purchased online, but somehow they managed to give me the power cable, not the HDMI. So, I can still use the item, but my work suffered due to this, and the multiple visits to the store wasted my money and time as well. So, I hope I won't purchase anything from Best Buy online again.
