Apple likes to rip customers off. Having to buy this to charge your Apple Watch is ridiculous. It works well & quickly charges but it annoys me to spend money on this.

Judging it purely on the merits of it doing a simple function of charging an iPhone, it's great. Not really worth the price but you're kinda forced to buy it because that's how new technology works.

Nothing spectacular about this adapter. Only purchased because of iPhone 12 upgrade, which did not include a power adapter. Also, only purchased, because I had a $10 credit that I can apply to the purchase price, which made it a little more reasonable.

I've not used this yet. It is required to use the new cable that comes with the phone but older adapter and cables still work. They say just not as fast. Generally I use my wireless charger anyway since that is recommended.

Great product. Serves its intended purpose. Gave 3 stars as that’s how many I needed to buy after purchasing 3 new phones. Yeah they don’t come in the box anymore. 3 new iPhones and now way to charge them without having any USB-C devices.

Phone charger sometimes gets hot while charging, overall ok

It works fine. My issue resides w Apple, who doesn’t supply it automatically for the new product and has the gall to say it is an environmental issue. Hell no, they are just creating more ways to bring in revenue.

Not sure what happened to my assigned delivery person but I have been waiting over one week for my item to be delivered even though the tracking has shown that the item is in town and assigned a delivery person.

Bought this new and about a month later it stopped getting charge thought it was the charge cord but after replacing that I figured out it was the box

This is what I needed and works fine but I am VERY unhappy that I had to spend an extra $18 for an adapter after spending over $300 for an Apple Watch. Apple should include this with the watch.

After spending an exorbitant amount of money to purchase a new Iphone, it is a shame to have to purchase this! I think Best Buy is GREAT, but think it is a real rip-off for Apple to require to purchase this to use their phone!!!!

Haven't really used this yet. Got this adapter for future use with iphone 12 pro. Had to buy a connection adapter for charging cord with usb-a connection just to charge my existing iphone. Price is on the high side for power adapter.

I bought this to go with the charging cord included with my new iPhone 11 but it continues to make the disconnect noise and then stops charging and saying not compatible with this device. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn’t.

Too expensive for what it is. I realize this may be the next generation of chargers are going, but it is too bad it is not compatible with older chargers.

The charger is nice however you have to buy the correct cable because as shipper is apple, the cable does not come in the box is a regular USB cable

Bought 2 of these with new IPhone purchases. Am upset we had to buy them with our new phones. Kinda cheap on IPhone's part cause always got one with Samsung and don't have any laying around since this is my first IPhone

It is fine. But you really should punish Apple for not adapting to global usb-c standards. I am envious of every other phone.

These get the job done but I dont like the fact it doesnt have the usb cord plug in anymore, so when I wanna charge my phone in my car with the cord that goes to this charger box, I cant because it isnt usb anymore :(

The item works well, as advertised. However, when you buy an Apple Watch, you shouldn't need an extra adapter to charge it.

I only gave us a three star not because it’s not good product but because Apple intentionally made the charging cable different so you have to buy this little box separately
