Had to buy another one because of power surge even though it’s plugged into a surge protector all other devices were fine except this. Made terrible I guess.

Average adapter. Nothing special. Any 20W adapter will charge your phone. Only bought because it's "apple" but soon realized after that any charger will do just fine.

Works really well when plugged directly into the phone doesn’t work well with mag base

It's a shame Apple changed the adapter and doesn't include it when you buy a $1000 phone. If you can find a cheaper USB-C adapter for your iPhone 12, I'd recommend that instead.

Apple Watch charges very quickly. It would be nice if it was included with the watch.

Had to get this for new phone that didn’t have the type c adapter. So far it works but really can’t tell until it hits the 24 months time frame when they start to fail.

It fills a need for equipment , that’s need critical equipment won’t work without it

Not best buys fault but pretty crappy how much you pay for a cell phone nowadays and then you gotta go to a store and pay 20 bucks for a charger to to charge your phone

Totally insulting that they do not include this with an expensive new phone. How are you expected to charge it? Give me a break Apple

Good power adapter, but unfortunately iPhone mini can’t take advantage of the fast charge capability. Still keep it for other devices though.

Not a complicated item and it works perfectly as designed. I would buy it again as for my needs it is just right. I suspect a higher wattage might be more beneficial to some others.

Seems to work fine. Haven’t had it long so can’t judge too much. Does as expected

should be sold with a cable, this is just a way of increasing the cost for a complete charger and often one or the other (cable) is out of stock.

Bestbuy sent me a promo code and I used that and paid remaining amount with my card to buy this apple adapter. Bestbuy never shipped me this product. They completed the order without delivery and they themselves returned it to them. Returning my money to card and promotional credit vanished! Chatting with their customer service was another waste of time.

Very nice but a bit big it would have been better if smaller . Like it so much

Bought as a spare, usually overpriced apple products. This one was on sale.
