It’s the lack of knowledge on the AirPods purchased in another facility. The cashier who handed me the product did not inform me to buy a different charger. When I bought this charger and voiced my frustrations on why the product changed, the sales people seemed annoyed.

How Apple sells a new iPhone with new USB-C cable but not the power adapter? They say that it is for reducing waste but if I have the old USB I am obligated to buy a new charger.
