Over priced

Buy an iPhone now and you get nothing in the box, other than the phone and a lead. Having to go out and buy one of these as an extra when it's essential to the phone is taking the mick!!

Was supposed to be curbside pickup but after waiting for 2 and a half hours in my car for nobody to show up I had to go in the store and wait 45 minutes or more to actually pick it up.

Charger broke

Unsure why because all it does is sit at my office desk and get used a few times a week. It is not used nearly as much as the charger I have at home.
