I ordered this item listed as open box "like new" at $1 savings compared to a NEW version. So why not take a used item off Best Buy's hands and save $1 in the process? It was absolute garbage. The item didn't work at all. Best Buy obviously doesn't test returned items. They mislabel it. And then want you to go through the return process. I ended up spending more money on time and gas to go return the defective item and get another one, all in attempting to save $1. Will NEVER purchase open box from Best Buy again!
