It suppose to charge your phone fast but it does not charge as fast as I thought.

TOO EXPENSIVE & BEST BUY REP WHO SOLD ME MY NEW WORK PHONE DID NOT TELL ME IT DID NOT COME WITH A CHARGER AND I NEEDED TO BUY ONE! WHEN I GOT HOME I REALIZED NO CHARGER IN THE BOX AND NO WAY TO CHARGE MY PHONE THAT EVENING, WENT AND BOUGHT CHARGED THE NEXT DAY HAD TO MISS WORK TO GET IT! VERY ANNOYING AND IT'S OVERPRICED

The item that I thought that I purchased was not in the box . The box was sealed with a plastic wrap and another used item was inside of it along with someone’s trash.

It’s not charging properly and I do with the box and the receipt and no one was willing to change it at Best Buy for me to work. I received a product that was not good or private believe was refurbished or returns previously.

I would have ordered a charger and a cord since the 21st so that it can reach an address in time because the person is leaving on the 13th. It’s less that a week till that date and nothing. This is just unreliable

IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK AND UNFORTUNATELY I AM ALREADY IN MEXICO. THIS IS THE FIRTS TIME IT HAPPENS TO ME WHEN I BUY SOMETHING AT BEST BUY. HOWEVER A FRIEND OF MINE IS TRAVELLING TO CHICAGO NEXT WEEK. CAN I HAVE IT RETURNED WITH THE RECEPIT AND HAVE IT EXCHANGED WITH ONE THAT WORKS? ALTHOUGH I DID NOT KEEP THE BOX WITH ME

Price was well spent for charging block for Apple Watch.

Work good don’t drop it they are fragile. I wish the AirPods will have included this plug since for almost $300 bucks they change the regular ones to this one is sick the apple does this and Retailers allowed it. If you don’t have a apple MacBook you can’t charge the AirPods or a wireless charger

This item is priced way too expensive. But it works and apparently a new cord is needed.

This charger is toggling between on and off as soon as you paid in a device.

Only bought it because I thought it would give me fast charging and it goes with my Apple lightning connector but I really see no difference from my old iPhone chargers. Could’ve easily gotten one from 5 below.

Device did not fit my phone - Traveling through Denver and left adaptor at home - was close to Best By and bought adapter that sales /man insisted it fit my phone - it didn't! destination was Golden , Colorado, bought correct size at Walgreens ! Did not want to make extra trip back to Denver to make an exchange.

Should be included with the phone purchased. An Extra cost added on to the purchase.

Still takes 2.5 hours to charge the I Phone!!!!!!! I was told 1 hour max..

Simply because Apple is trying to get as much money from its customers as possible and changing stuff around to do so. The product obviously works the bad review is simply against Apple and their money-grubbing ways.

It is ok , no need to purchase one . Used old chargers

The charging time is no different than the units that Apple provided in the past.
