All new iPhones are coming to us without this now. Bummer, but I understand and think it's a great choice for the environment. Bought this for my daughter and it isn't working. Could be the cord, looking at all possibilities.

I have the apple tag in my glove compartment in case my car gets stolen. The notices I get about its location are at least confusing if not totally incorrect.

Does what it says, but as we all know a lot of us are force to buy this after buying a $700+ making even more waste in the world instead of saving it, not cool Apple

I never did pick this item up because I was out of town. Someone was able to go in and pick up items that I purchased! Very unsatisfied and definitely not trustworthy!

Stoped working after 1.5 days. Very disappointed. Plus, I didn’t see the fast charge in action. It didn’t seem to charge faster. Terrible. I am going to return and trade for the regular block.

Can’t believe I have to buy a charging brick for a new phone. I don’t know how to rate it, it’s a charger, would I recommend it? If you need it, you gonna buy it, so….

Unbelievable. I purchased this Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter to replace an old one. Got it home and it didn’t work. Took it back to the store to get a refund.

Absolutely the worse shipping. 5 days past the promised delivery day and still no item and no communication regarding when it will arrive.

I just wish apple would sell this adapter with $1200 phone. I know they care about environment but what the heck! Give it in my hands I don't need a box. Save all that

No noticeable difference in speed. I’ve tried it on my Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad. In fact with my watch it took more charge time than the plug that came with it. Cannot recommend.

I only view this poorly because since when for a iPhone 13 pro max not come with a box to charge my phone but it comes with the wire Apple NEEDA do better

I asked questions about the I phone 12. And made purchases based on misinformation. I will be returning my purchase and an very disappointed in your company.

Make sure when you buy these that no one ripped off already. I don’t have the receipt so they won’t let me return An empty box. Just check your item before you leave.

I hate that apple makes customers purchase this separately. Just another way to get our money. For the price of their products you’d think they’d be included.

Doesn’t work bought with the cord and they stopped working after 4 months

I hate it when apple does not include charging brick with the phone. I have to buy them saperately. Spendind $1000 on a phone and another $20 for a charger. Ridiculous
