Bought to replace a failed 3rd party ac adapter!

I bought a refurbished HomePod mini. It did not come with the original ac adapter. It didn't last 6 months. I went to unplug it one day to clean, and the ac adapter sparked!!!! I bought this and fortunately my HomePod mini was undamaged and still works. I do computer support for a fortune 100 company and it does not pay to buy anything but Apple ac adapters.
