Mixed Bag — Looks nice, but failed instructions

I specified for the job to be DOUBLE SIDED printing, to be collated and stapled. None of that was done. I received the job by courier, which is a nice service, but I’m stuck now having to spend time doing what I paid Staples to do, on 50 newsletters. Not to mention the failure to print double-sided means the insert is thick and will require additional postage inside my Christmas cards. Not happy. The printing itself is beautiful — the job was multi-colored with photos and looks great. Delivery was on time. So it’s a mixed bag. I believe I should get a Best Buy credit because I paid for the extra services I did not get.
