Should be A Standard Accessory

Wonderful item but bulky

The only problem I see is that is a little bulkier than the older USB version. Whenever the outlets have a side orientation, they could block the next outlet next to it.

Missing Power Cable & HDMI Cable

I received the order yesterday without the power and HDMI cables, and when I contacted customer service, they told me to visit any Best Buy store, which defeats the purpose of purchasing online and then visiting the store to ask for accessories. Well, I visited the store, and at first, they refused to help me because I purchased online, but somehow they managed to give me the power cable, not the HDMI. So, I can still use the item, but my work suffered due to this, and the multiple visits to the store wasted my money and time as well. So, I hope I won't purchase anything from Best Buy online again.
