You have to make an additional purchase and buy this. so mad. What can you do?

Unlike like another retail establishment (hint: the manufacturer) I did not have to schedule a time to pick this up which meant waiting an hour when I was at their storefront, compared to Best Buy where I was able to walk in, make the purchase and leave, all within 5 minutes.

One of the pros at Best Buy ran the diagnostics and thought it looked like a charger problem. This new charger fixed the issue.

Amazing, Easy-To-Use Product

All you gotta do is take the item out of the packaging, and plug it into the electrical outlet socket, and you’re ready to go... that’s it! It doesn’t matter which orientation you plug it (upwards or downwards), it’ll still work! So easy and so much fun!
