Best Buy has made my experience an excellent one. From product support to ease of purchasing and quickness in obtaining products, Best Buy really has come through without any problems. Competitive pricing is also a concern and again, Best Buy was similar or lower prices than any of the competition.

Charger is perfect, Apple not so much

Still absolutely stupid that Apple was too cheap to include it with the phone. p.s. If you're considering the iPhone 12, reconsider! at least the base version anyway. Lots of issues
