On November 06, 2020, Danny from computers was helping with ordering iPhones today. He spent about 3 hours trying to set up a new phone plan with Verizon. He tried to update my plan several times on the computer and made many phone calls to Verizon. Verizon was awful! Danny did not let me leave until I was fully satisfied and understood every detail.
