Charges a lot faster than the old lightening cord.

Does what it should. Kinda miffed it didn’t come with my watch. Imagine my surprise when I went to charge it and couldn’t. Had to use my PS5 to charge the watch until I could get this.

Great product works as described Very fast charge

This what I think. I plug Apple-20W USB-C power Adapter into the wall receptacle and them I plug the power cord from my new Apple iPad into the adapter. It charges my new iPad. What really think is Apple is ripping customers off by changing their power cords configuration; requiring to purchase new adapters.

I don’t like the fact that I need a new brick to charge my phone fast. These used to be included for free, and now you have to pay $30 since they changed the slot to USB C. You can still use your old stuff for a slower charge if you have a regular USB cord. This one does work, though.

quickly charges phone as needed. disappointed that it did not come with the phone. But hey, if i was the guy calling the shots i would probably do the same.

this is a required device to charge our Apple phone. Is ridiculous to have to buy extraneous to phone but glad best buy had. Att did not have in store or in phone package.

It does what it is supposed to do and charges quickly, but in typical Apple fashion, it no longer comes with the $1,200.00 iPhone I bought, they make you buy it separately.

When I bought the Apple adapter and got a subscription for Apple Music, fitness it's really nice using the Apple Musica and fitness subscription

Great charger, the quality is definitely there, but the value is a bit low.

Isn’t it just awesome that Apple decided to not include the charger with a 1k phone….Claims it’s for the “ environment “ GFYS we know this only benefited your bottom line at our expense. So I bought the charger from best buy instead of Apple just out of principal and a wee bit of spite

Works great, however I am not a fan of having to buy one to charge my products. Bought a new Apple Watch and needed this to charge it.

I got a new promax 12 it was kind of surprised to find a new type of cord and of course for $1100 you don’t get one in the box anymore. Just blows my mind so I went ahead and ordered one, after I had a previous iPhone short out because of using a cheap cord and plug I only use Apple ones now

Great product, but taking a star off because Best Buy you need more employees—helpful ones!—in your stores. No more answering the phone at the local stores? Come on!

Our daughter lost her charging block so we needed to replaced it, this was the perfect buy for her!!

Honestly, I called myself trying to get by without having the specific adapter for my Apple products — waste of time. Products did not charge properly. It’s BEST to keep Apple accessories to Apple products.
