An adjustment from windows
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my first experience with an IMac so the switch from Windows is a bit of a shock. I do like the all in one feature and the fact it has USB ports. However, the lack of a DVD slot is a real disappointment. The keyboard does not have a numbers pad which, for me, means an additional purchase since most people who enters data uses a numbers pad. For those that rearrange furniture or change rooms, it is very lightweight and easy to move to a new location. My old printer works great with the new computer and tech support has been great. Now that I have had some time to adjust to and tweak the opening page, I am enjoying it very much. I still miss the fact that windows has more programs available (there is only 1 version of QuickBooks for Mac) it is still a great computer.

It's an iMac
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay so by this point in the game Apple iMacs are pretty much the same, just different storage and ram amounts. This one for the price is a great buy for either a base primary computer for around the house, or a second one to use when light work needs to be done like shopping amazon or doing your bills. This is not the one for any heavy duty work like heavy Photshop work. Although, one could use it as a nice little teathering station.

A major improvement over a PC using Microsoft

The software allows the user flexibility that Microsoft has probably never even thought about.
