Refurbished Geek squad certified, like new condition, looks great , works just as great, wifi signal very strong where other products barely get signal, mouse is great, good feel to it...

This is my second iMac purchase. I am so happy with my first one, a big jump from being a PC user. I am so satisfied with the product and the Best But people that helped me. Buying this product on Christmas eve is crazy but the person who helped me makes It all worth it. Thank you so much.

The iMac is an attractive, capable all-in-one computer. It will perform just fine for most tasks, unless you're editing video or doing heavy 3D work. Still includes all the good stuff from the more expensive iMacs, including Thunderbolt, USB 3.0, and the 1080p IPS display.

Don't have everything completely transferred from Windows computer but am satisfied with the iMac computer. Not any problems with the basic change over. Quicken not completed yet.

This is my second IMac these computers are so easy to use and last a long time haven't used any other kind of computer in years .

wish i bought two. it was time to upgrade my older dells. however with the new technology out there was hesitant to go all in. when i viewed the reviews, similar to mine, i bought one. now that my spouse is on it all the time, i wish i have gotten two when the price was right. $899.

I love apple, but of course it's expensive. However, I love that best buy actually has discounts on apple products. apple will still support my computer even though I bought it from best buy. There is no reason to buy from apple, especially not if it's cheaper here.

This computer is easy to set up. My son uses it for homework and it's large screen is helpful.

I have purchased several IPhones. I have an IPad as well therefore when I decided to replace my desktop I had no doubts about which one I would purchase. I am still learning my way around my new Aplple Desktop computer and am very happy with my purchase. I will rate it 5 stars.

We are an "older" couple with work experience on HP's, we know (knew) nothing about Macs. It would have been nice to have some sort of guide that came with the computer. It is costly and time consuming to go through a downloaded instruction manual. I realize there are youtube examples to view but those have only helped a little. We no longer have children at home who can teach us the ins and outs of this mac

I'm so glad I made the change back to an Apple computer. And the all-in-one system is the greatest. It takes so little space on my desk. It won't take long to learn how to use this computer. My granddaughter was here for a few days and she was playing games on it in no time!

I absolutely love this computer it's great. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it doesn't come with a CD drive

I'm just beginning to learn how to use this computer. Have had to have help from Geek Squad and they have been very helpful.

This is the 2nd iMac we have purchased, and only the 2nd one in 9 years. When we had PCs, I would be buying or fixing our old PC every 2 years! I have never had to send my iMac out to be repaired or cleaned of viruses. Simple and easy to use, yet has all the features you need for fun and work. Yes it is a bit pricey, but trust me it's well worth it.

Windows 8 pushed me to buy the Mac. But glad I did. Like everything new, it's taking time to fully learn the OS but we are getting there. Surprised by how compatible Apple is with Windows apps and hardware. So no issue there. Got a good deal but probably would have been better off with 16g memory. The i5 processor is pretty fast.

I chose the Apple IMac after looking for a laptop to replace a windows laptop I had for over eight years. I have iPad and IPhone so wanted Apple laptop. the 21.5" iMac is better value when I don't need portability. Love the computer and it is very user friendly.

Very nice all in one computer. My daughter helped me to set up the computer. She is a school teacher and uses apple computers in her classroom. She is the one who talked me into buying an apple computer because she thought it would be easier for me to use.

This Mac is awesome. It was super easy to set up and merge files from my old PC. We have been windows users for years and this is our first Mac. The control it allows to keep our children safe on the web is well worth the money. Not only are we able to restrict time frames but we can limit total time on the unit and allow only specific web sites. I have not even had to contact tech support. AMAZING
