So, I'm not much of an Apple fan. My husband wanted this computer vs a pc. With that being said, it is pretty intuitive and easy to use, even if you are a lifetime pc user. I haven't found a great way to convert word documents, but I haven't tried very hard either. And it is aesthetically pleasing.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my entire family. My kids can't wait to use it to do their homework. My wife is using for all of her recipe storage. I like that it syncs with my Apple TV.

it's nice to have everything in a all in one package. The IMac is our home base for our iPhones and iPads. We could have bought 3 desktops for what we spent on this and it is worth every penny.

Everything I had hoped it would be. High speed with great functions. I am learning all the components of the Apple iMac. I would recommend the iMac to everyone do home use or small business usage

very fast,,no problems at all.. takes a bit to get used to after using windows for so many years. only wished it came with a lighted keyboard.

There was some initial heartache, but enjoying now. Especially enjoy trusting computer for online banking, etc Hardware working like a dream

The new iMac is a joy. Slick screen and great speeds. Set up is easy as usual. Screen resolution is beautiful. Never going back to windows.

Have not used it enough yet because of difficulty acquiring internet access consistently, but with what use it has had, it is good. Thanks!

Love the screen size, fast processing speed and the security features of Apple vs windows 7 is what sold me. I have been waiting a long time to purchase, well worth the wait and price

Computer was recommended by a best buy associate and he was right on. The Computer is easy to navigate specially for someone like me who uses the computer for basic every day surfing.

Best money I ever spent. I don't know why it took so long to rid myself from PC problems. I have had no trouble with my IMAC since purchase 3 years ago.

So far so good. It's a learning curve for me. We got a mini I Pad a year ago and that has helped. The monitor a crystal clear so nice.

Amazing how easy it is to use this computer. Great job apple! Best Buy does a great job backing up their products with service when needed, which will not happen with this one!

This iMac is very good. I use it both for school and work and I have never had a problem with it. If you are looking for a good computer this is an excellent product to buy.

We've only had this for a week or so but so far my family loves it! Beautiful monitor and a great place to sync all our devices!

Amazing quality, very fast pace (although it freezes on me sometimes which is pretty weird...) other than that, would recommend. I love especially the mouse! Very cool.
