Nice to use and easy setup

I hv always used windows laptops before so facing minor challenges to use keyboard shortcuts and non availability of word/excel on iMac but sooner or later I will buy windows suite. Otherwise great product to use.

Still learning the new iMac

It has at times been frustrating. I have had to sign up for workshops at the Apple Store. I guess this is to be expected but it is not easy when you are a senior citizen.

Does not meet expectations...would return if could
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First time iMac owner, coming from a Windows Vista PC thats been in use since 2007. The dated 8+ year old PC ran faster, had less issues. I have called Apple customer service several times over issues, first doing simple actions like clearing internet history, clearing cache, etc. Then a senior adviser took over and we eventually reinstalled the entire hard drive, and reset everything. I'm still having performance issues as well as Apple default app problems. The only positive to this unit is that cosmetically looks good. I do also like the connectivity between my other devices- iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2. For the Apple price tag, I wish I would have passed.
