The store salespeople provided a great service as they helped me to choose which apple product to purchase. And I am totally satisfied.

I'm not a strong computer literate person and was a little concerned about being able to get the computer up and running. The set-up was much easier than I expected and I was able to complete getting through set-up without bringing in the expertise of my geek son.

I always loved Apple and I have used their products for about twenty years, or more. This newly bought IMac is absolutely beautiful, and I didn't even begin to take advantage of all its features because I am always short on time. However, I will surely make the time as this is certainly worth it. I highly recommend it.

GREAT COMPUTER , GREAT BRAND, SUPER FAST AND EASY TO USE

Easy to set-up, simple to get started, and a pleasure to use. These are all reasons that I am glad that I bought this machine rather than the other brands and models that I have purchased in the past. I love my iPad Air 2, but this is great for more advanced computing. I would advise anyone on the fence to go for it.

I just got this computer probably less than a month ago. It works great and looks awesome on the desk. It has frozen on me twice where i had to manually shut it down. I got the extra warranty on it just in case. Other than that it’s a great piece

This is the second iMac (we also have a MacBook) that we have purchased for our home, replacing a 2010 model which functioned flawlessly for seven years for my wife and is still going strong (handed down to our ten year old). After a series of PC laptops that lasted for only 2-3 years we made the switch and have not looked back.

I've held off on a mac for a while. But no disappointments here. In store was very helpful determining differences and options.

I received a complimentary setup by the Geek Squad which got me started learning immediately since I switched from a PC. I like the compactness of the computer having no tower and the clear and beautiful screen. I was convinced the IMac was a good fit for me by the store staff as they were thorough and patient with all my questions.

It’s ok. I always wanted to get an apple computer. But I couldn’t get used to its system. It’s way to different from window.

My Apple iMac is just what I wanted but the Geek Squad is not. They never did the transfer of data right and would not come to my home to fix it even though they said that they would

The visuals on the screen are amazing. Easy assembly.

My computer was crashing all of the time so I did system restores until the screen went black. Between my iPhone and iMac I won't be doing the Microsoft thing anymore. I'm very happy with the iMac, just wish it was as fast as my old IBM.

All is perfect except for the absence of an SSD - which I plan to upgrade later.
