iMAC is great

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an iMAC online from Apple but it was stolen when our home was burglarized. I purchased a new one from Best Buy to replace it. I never had problems with the first one but this one had issues when I attempted to upload video files for work. My internet provider blamed the iMAC & at first Apple couldn’t find a problem. I had to take it to the Genius Bar to get completely erased and reset but I also got rid of some downloaded programs. Haven’t had any problems since but still not sure where the problem lay. Plan to get another MAC laptop & will get it directly from Apple.

Easy to use computer

I much prefer Mac computers over PCs especially with regards to antivirus concerns. I am still learning how to use all the programs on the computer.
