I love the iMac. I had a Mac Pro before and it was too heavy to move. When it crashed from old age I got this one which has beautiful resolution and no bugs like I had with the Mac Pro. It is also easy to move. The only think I don’t like is that to play CD’s or DVD’s It needs an external drive while the pro had it built in. But it works great, it is half the price and I love it.

This is my second computer in about 10 years, the past iMac just kept running most days and late into the evenings (not 24/7, more like 18/7). The durability is what keeps me coming back to this brand. Outlasted 3 of my PC's within that time frame.

Wish I up’ed the memory to 16gb. But a good iMac for someone just swapping from PC.

My new computer is just so excellent! The out of the box and set up went well with Apple Care to help me. I needed Geek Squad to install the Adobe Elements 15. Geek Squad (Douglas) was awesome! I feel that I am set with a great computer for many years.

Lots to do on it an lots to learn. It's a whole new world coming form a windows RT tablet. Lol!

Although more expensive than other desktop options, I have found that Macs have a minimum 5-6 year lifespan which makes the premium negligible. The Retina screen is crisp, the 21" size perfect for my back bedroom. Performance is outstanding as always.

Waited over a year to review because you never know. I can now write that this fulfilled all of my expectations and more. Was surprised how much the support from Apple has improved since my last computer purchase a dozen years ago.

Kids thought “What’s that? The mouse is missing stuff!” Just took a little practice.

There are a lot of new features on this iMac. The one problem I am having is getting the app for iPhoto, says not available with my system of high Sierra??? Also, do find that when deleting email it takes a bit too long to react??

Love that it connects to other Apple devices and big screen

The iMac computer is very fast, very sharp with 4K optical, and very compact with the cpu in the monitor. You can't go wrong with an Apple Computer (although it can be very difficult to repair if something goes bad like the video card, etc.)

Having been a PC person throughout my career, I made the switch to an iMac over a year ago. Although there was a bit of a learning curve, I love everything about it and have used the Apple resources for training and support via phone.

The computer was so easy to set up and coming from a windows computer thought it would be difficult to navigate. I was wrong so easy to use as I’m an IPhone owner. Highly recommend. Sales staff was knowledgeable and helped go over.

User friendly...everyone uses it. Probably need to get another one.

I was introduced to Apple products with the purchase of an iPad and then an iPod so I had some basic knowledge of the operating system (have always used Windows.). AppleCare has been great in helping me resolve my occasional questions.

As a long time pc user, was finally converted to the Mac by brother's persistence. A fairly long user curve, but with help from Geek squad, glad I made the switch. Really appreciate the security.

This is a great and powerful computer. We got a good deal at the time and we've been very happy. We switched from Windows to mac for our church services and it has been a big improvement.
