Very easy to set up this computer. Transferring files from PC was easy as well.

I never had an Mac device before and this one super I love it so is my son

this is my second one of these computers. I gave the first one away. I am on the computer all the time and I know with a Mac I don't have to worry about viruses or slow running screen time. all my devices are Apple

It took nearly a week to get my new iMAC setup to use. Apple is not as transparent as it used to be. I had to talk to Customer service many times to straighten things out. All that being said, I'm happy now.

Once we switched over to the IMac we have had no problems. We don't get the viruses we did with a regular PC, of course we have security software, but we also did on other PCs. Would not have anything else.

I traded in my old version of IMac and Best Buy transferred all of my data to the new IMAC. They updated my apps and the unit has been in continuous service. Great product and great support from Best Buy

Own all Apple Products and have been wanting to get the IMac for years, finally took the plunge and could not be happier. Super fast computer and knowledgeable staff at Best Buy who helped me select the right one for us.

Sometimes when you click on something, it does not do anything and it does not tell you why it did not respond; example: "Pop-up Blocked" and it does not give options to move forward; example: "Enable Pop-Up" or "Escape" or "X" Out to Reject". It just leaves you sitting wondering what is going on. Thus, my Review Summary "Could be more user friendly."

The Retina display is stunning! The best part of iMacs is everything just works. You plug it in and it works. No hassles. Everything. Works. Photoshop and Lightroom are a dream. Fast processing. I love this machine!

Great product, if you’re an Apple fan you know this is the way to go.

Bought this Mac to work from home - it handles me toggling between a Remote Desktop and my own graphic and copy work easily. It works seamlessly with all our other i-stuff: phones, iPads and a MacBook.

I really am enjoying my iMac, but it's having a hard time with Logic Pro X. If you're a musician like I am, this is an important program. Unfortunately, unlike other iMac models, the memory in this version cannot be upgraded by the user. It requires disassembling the machine (and either paying Apple to do it or doing it yourself and voiding the warranty). So it looks like I'm stuck with an 8GB machine that will kinda do the job, but wish I'd done more research first.

Because I'm a senior citizen I am not really adept at tech items. Written instructions & a detailed manual would have been Nice. Its been difficult for me to learn how to use the new systems on my own.

I am sure like most, still a little sadden that there is no cd/dvd drive but buying an external is an easy fix. My wife loved her anniversary surprise.

This my first experience with a Mac. Love how my information in now stored in the cloud and transferred to and from my phone. I am still learning, but am getting there. Granddaughter loves it!

Mostly using it for document composition and watching streaming now and then to distract me from work. Not incredibly powerful for graphic design or anything like that but for general use gets the job done

easy to set up, only one cord to plug in. transfer from old mac mini to this was pretty fast with an ethernet cable. the 4k monitor amazing and the 4 built in speakers are as well...love everything about it!

Does great with my drone footage and photo management

It’s a great computer overall. Just needs more ram.
