Slowest computer I've ever had

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having several iMacs - the last one muscled along for 9 years before the video finally went out - I bought this for my husband. Bad plan! It's incredibly slow, constantly freezes, endless error popups. (It has a nice screen, though!) Since hubby isn't too tech savvy I have to be there whenever he's online because there's always some sort of issue. I've had it for almost a year and a half, have had several techs work on it, both remote and in shop and it's still horrible. Save yourself some money and headaches and, if you want an iMac, go get a refurbished older one like I did for my own use. It works great!

Decent machine but can be slow

computer seems to work alright

I called the store and spoke to the manager but that was a waste of my time . iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017)
