For the money, Apple gives you a small screen and no SSD. It's ok, but you can get a lot more with a Windows AIO. Just over priced for what you get.

If you like apple computers you’ll love it. If you like the windows interface you’ll hate it. There’s no middle ground.

It seems to take longer than I expected to open up programs like word and excel. Even opening up apps like photo booth is Unusually slow.

I would rather work off a desktop which is why I purchased this. But have had irritating problems I can’t fix. Have had to call Geek Squad 3 times to get it working and even then I have been dis-satisfied. I have to call them again real soon. New Problems. I loved my old IMac this has been disappointing. I believe Apple is more concerned with iPads and Mobil devices than desktops.

Have had many issues with thi item and been on line for hours with geek squad to keep it functional

Couldn’t perform well enough for photography. So had to go with another Apple product.

I couldn't use my computer right after I purchased because of my husband getting I'll. When I could use it, I realized it had nothing I had talked to the salesperson I needed in a computer. It never has worked right, screen turns black, cannot get it back until turning it off, wait and turn back on. All together, very disappointed with this product.

Love apple but doesn’t work like my iPad. So having a hard time using it. Too old to change used windows forever!

Nice but I wish it had a cd ram and I wish it was touch screen.

Nothing great, slow even to load up the home screen.

I switched over from a Windows PC, I might have had a lemon for my first iMac. But it was super slow when trying to open programs. I would click on a program like the chrome or excel and the icon would bopp for 10 or more times before it would open the program. Actually slower than my windows PC that was 5 years old. Wasn’t impressed at all and definitely not worth the money. I upgraded to the next version up with the Fusion drive. Very happy with that purchase.

I didn't buy this ..but the person who did somehow used my email. I hope it was worth it.

This model (3.0) is slow to boot up and slow in use. Would have loved to try the one with fusion drive to see difference. I returned it due to slow performance. That also took forever to restore to factory settings.

Well, it's a Mac and that's a lot. I've used mine for almost a year, but it's been really slow from day 1. It's hard to have more than 1 app running at the same time (I'm talking about 2 browsers and MS Word, forget about design and video editing). The really down side of this one is that the memory can't be upgraded easily, you need to go to one of the service partners. The one I visited is going to take a week to make the change :( I don't think the machine is usable as it comes in the box. With how expensive and powerful these computers are, why do they create a "beautiful screen" that is just frustrating to use? If you get one, pay for the extra memory out of the box.

Did not arrive with the 2 thunderbolts. Imac is good and they delivered fast

Every thing worked as advertised except there was no HDMI capability.

This is a very nice product but it’s very slow when starting up!
