my first apple computer its ok just have to buy everything seperate

cannot switch screen with my MacBook Pro using thunderbolt

Its still in the box i have been too bust to utilize this

There are loads of new feature in High Sierra and no explanations of the changes. I have always had I-macs but would appreciate a list of changes when you change OSs, and how to use the new features.

This Apple computer logs off by itself when I'm using it. Apple products are expensive, these problems should not even exist.

Worst apple purchase I have made. I still have it but it runs slower than my 2015 MacBook. I’m tired of contacting apple to help me speed it up. Have invested countless hours on it.

This model of Imac was the worse ever made by apple this machine gets freeze every time i use in regular internet search or watching you tube video

My family has used Apple products for many years now and have been very pleased with its performance. So when we were in need of a new desktop the iMac was at the top of our list. However unlike all the other apple products we’ve purchased in the past, this computer is VERY VERY VERY SLOW! I am disappointed that I have wasted my money on such a poor product.

Overpriced, poor performance! I have never been so disappointed with a computer like this unit. Insufficient memory, very slow performance when using a web browser. Apple Support and Geek Squad have checked this computer. The best answer is I can get is "your iMac is fine" After 2 years I'm ready to trash this thing.

This did not work well with an iPhone. It took a long time to setup and then didn’t work well.

Junk. The screen kept turning black. Apple kept telling me to do work around instead of taking it back to fix. Now I can NO Longer use it. not even 4 years old and had more problems with this than I did my Dell

I have been a long time Mac user and I find them to be reliable. I recently purchased an IMac desktop. It was garbage. The operating system is awful. Unless you have the hours and money to learn how to use it, it’s worthless. This made me so mad I will probably do away with all of my Mac products.

Good buy to have available for the home for family

I replaced an 8-year MacBook Pro with an iMac. I am happy with the iMac in terms of functionality, reliability, and general ability to get things done. Migrating to the new iMac was a snap with Migration Assistant. I moved all my data, but not applications. Installation of O365 was likewise very easy. I also run a Windows 8.1 virtual machine on the iMac using Parallels. Migrating the Windows machine to the iMac was really easy too! After 1 month of usage, no complaints! Just for reference, I do own a Windows 10 Pro laptop too. Both the iMac and Win10Pro laptop get used for work projects. The iMac gets to play too! As a final note, the 8-year old MacBook Pro is still working, just not as hard anymore.

Rarely used, freezing up in less than 2 months. Too late to return as the last buyer did.

I love iMac. Always have! Yet I decided to go mid-model in the 21.5 inch category and hate that I did. When I have more than two programs open, this computer crawls. Like me, you're thinking it's Apple - it's gonna be great. Not this one. The hard drive is not solid as the upgraded version and that's the reason this one is so slow. Let me give you an example - I got Word open... my e-mail program too... then I go to open a photo editor. I'll wait around 1-2 minutes for everything to settle and the other to open. You can't click anything during this time, the ball spins... it's awful. You will literally think you have a virus or something is wrong, but it's just the machine. So awful in fact I am losing money on just selling this model for $1000 on eBay and upgrading. I waited too long to return it and it's so painfully slow that I can't even work on it. This machine is great for a Grandparent or the wife that doesn't use a computer, but if you plan on doing more than web surf don't do this one. Spend the extra or don't get one at all. Real talk. Don't do it.

This is an excellent desktop computer. The screen quality is amazing.
