Well designed product. Crisp in reading the text,but lacks touch feature. I wish there was more flexibility in choice of font size.

I was greeted as I entered Best Buy in Weatherford, TX. An experienced employee meet me and helped me select an Apple keypad for a Mac computer. I didn’t have much knowledge of surge protectors but he showed me what Best Buy had and explained the different one’s they carried and let me select the one that fit my needs. I was impressed with the help I received. Thanks Best Buy.

Bought the 27" iMac as a gift after extensive online research. Online purchase with store pick up. Almost too easy! Gift receiver was delighted, however, really didn't have the space for the 27". Store return process was friendly and quick. We left with the 21.5 iMac and she's still smitten. Great product. Great customer service. Would def buy again this way from Best Buy.

First Mac and overall very happy with the ease of syncing with our iPhones and iPads. I wanted an all in one that could easily be moved. Very quick setup and have all users setup with a different account. I would definitely recommend.

This is our first iMac. We have iPhones and iPads and wanted to try the iMac. Initially, it was a little difficult for me to use. I even returned it, then rebought it the same trip after talking with one of the Best Buy associates. After he gave me a little run down and showed me a few things, it made more sense. I’m still struggling with some things, because of the operating system being so different than Windows that I’m used to, but I’m learning. I usually manage to figure things out on my own, but it is taking me some extra time. My daughter is using it for homeschooling and it has worked well with her virtual classes and etc. I’m happy with this as my first iMac purchase. The picture is amazing and I love that it doesn’t take up a bunch of desk room like our other Windows desktop with a tower etc. Pretty sure I won’t go back to another Windows computer. I just love the sleekness of this iMac and the many USB ports in the back. The keyboard and the mouse hold a charge for a very long time as well. Glad we bought it. I highly recommend.

My first Mac was a 512KE (no hard drive). Next was an LC. After that I had PCs as that was what my work environment forced everyone to use. When Windows 10 was being forced on PC users, I decided that if I was going to have to learn a new OS, it didn't have to be Microsoft. Also, I drew the line at having to "rent" Office. I had previously purchased an iPad, so the learning curve was not bad. Integrating into my Wi-Fi network took all of three minutes. (A windows product I had still wouldn't work after two hours of trying.) The display is beautiful. The wireless mouse and keyboard work well. I was initially worried about battery life, but they seem to last forever. The big thing I have noticed about the Apple products I have used is that they just "feel" better. Good design pays off.

Easy to set up and install. A must-have for your office. A+

This is my first Apple computer. It took a few days to get used to the operating system, but now I love it. The speed of the computer and the clearness of the 4K retina screen are amazing. I should have upgraded a long time ago.

I edit photos and love the picture quality. Looks gorgeous on my desk.

I've owned an older MacBook Air and this is my first desktop in a long time. Everything from the speed to the resolution is a major upgrade for me and I love it. This computer really shines at surfing, watching videos, looking at images. Running programs like Photoshop can slow it down some, but it is nothing major. A great computer with great specs. I would not expect anything less from an apple product.

The best, sleek ,powerful , fast , I am very happy with the product
