Love my new MAC all in one. The picture is crystal clear and I love that there aren't a bunch of wires everywhere. Very easy setup and easy to navigate. Can't go wrong with Apple products.

Finally spent some extra money and bought a mac. I've had this for a couple months and I am 100% satisfied. Picture is colorful and crisp. Computer is fast and easy to use.

The speed and picture are great. I think that the price is high, but that's Apple I guess.

I really liked this computer but the screen was too large for my area. It doesn't look as large in the store but stands pretty tall. The keyboard is nice and compact and the retina screen is just beautiful. I thought it was sometimes a little slow to load pages but once loaded, everything is fast, especially photos.

Great addition to my internet availability, Newer OS, but enough similar to my iPad and iPhone 6s+ and yet I am adapting very rapidly. Main reason for purchasing my iMac was to get away from my constant problem with hackers.I am very pleased with the Mac Gurus at Best Buy and their help.

I purchased this Mac as an openbox item from the best buy in my city. I have wanted an iMac ever since I can remember, but never ended up actually purchasing it. I was always stressed out because they are so pricey. Anywho, I bit the bullet last month on one, and I absolutely love it. I needed a new computer, and figured I might as well get the one I've always wanted. It works great with the Microsoft office products (I'm a student) and is quick and easy to use (and fun!). I am so happy I finally bought this, I love it. I also like that they have the apple coverage so that if anything happens to it, I'm totally covered. Thanks Best Buy!

I've been using IMacs for years, and really like the new one overall. The display is beautiful, the speed is good, and I like the rechargable keyboard and mouse. The lack of disk drive, and the SD slot placed on the back instead of the side are both really inconvenient, but those seem to be the only negatives.

This is my first Mac after using iPhones and iPads for years and the more I use it the more I wonder why I waited to switch my desktop to a Mac. The setup is soooo easy and fast right out of the box. It even recognized my WD external hard drive and my backed up files from my old Windows PC. The Retina display is AMAZING! My pictures never looked so good and wireless printing to my Canon printers is very good. The iMac syncs with my iPhone 7 via bluetooth when I lay the phone on the desk so I'm always backed up. Very pleased with Best Buy service, ordered online and it was ready at the store the next day.

My first Mac was a 512KE, no hard drive. Then got an LC. Have had several PC's due to pressure from work. Now retired, went back to Mac. I had forgotten how easy they are to get up and running. Also have an iPad, wife has an iPhone. Can't go wrong with Apple.

Purchased an Apple computer to get away from Windows. Every Windows upgrade gets more and more difficult to use. I am so glad I went with Apple. The computer reminds me of Windows when they first came out. It is so easy to use the programs. It also has programs to make documents and presentations. Haven't tried yet but everything is so easy to find. I attached my HP printer/scanner/fax and it was the easiest installation I have ever experienced. Highly recommend that you try this computer.

The Mac 4k late 2016 is good enough to do the job. If I were you and is looking forward to buy a mac I highly suggest that you research the pros and cons before making a final decision. This computer is not as fast as one will think because obviously it has a hard drive and mainly because it only has 8GB of RAM which is pretty bad for such an advance mac. On top of that apple decided that this models on particular cannot be upgraded to 16GB as the memory slots are soldered in. So basically you will never be able to upgrade your mac it is the way it is.

Very happy with this computer. It's fast and and the quality of the screen is unbelievable. It takes time getting used to a Mac after having Windows computer for so long.

I prefer Macs and wanted something larger than the IPad. I was tempted by the new MacBook Pro, but decided this would be more practical for my use with the larger screen. It was easy to set up and use. The only con is that it does not come with an external drive, so that must be purchased separately.

Replaced a D**L that never worked correctly. Love this so far. Only complaint is It should be faster for the $, otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. Believe this will be a really good purchase. Gorgeous screen. Love Apples clean design.

For so many years I was so scared to make the switch over from windows to mac. So whenever it was time for a new computer, I will go straight to the mac and end up with windows. So on Black Friday weekend in 2015 I decided to take the leap and I had never been happier.

I like the set up. It's easy to use, replacing a bulky desktop. Sleek design and nice stand. Set up was a breeze. This is a true plug and play computer.

I love my mac. I have a macbook air, but wanted a desktop solution for the other members of the family. This is a great addition to our computing needs. The only negative is that it is slower opening programs than my macbook air, probably because of the less ram than my laptop. I wish that these apple mac computers purchased through best buy could be customized a bit, or at least have options for more ram than the standard 8gb that was offered at the time of my purchase.

This is my first Mac and although there is a learning curve due to differences between Apple and Wlndows it's going to be worth it in the long run. The anti Glare screen and the 4K are amazing. My old windows product was barely usable in the morning thru afternoon.
