This one replaces an iMac I have used for eight years with no problems. The new one is very similar but a lot faster with better graphics. It is a workhorse if you need a desktop for lots of Office type work, as well as great internet applications.

I am a student, and I was in the market for a new computer because my laptop was 7 years old! Before purchasing this product over a month ago, an iPhone was the only Apple product I owned. I'm extremely pleased with my iMac and the seamless experience Apple provides between my phone and computer, but there is definitely a learning curve if you're used to using Windows. Thankfully, there's a huge how-to guide available through iBooks, so I keep it handy and so far I haven't had any issues!

I am extremely happy with my new computer. I converted from a PC with Windows. The MAC is so easy to use and is faster than a PC.

This iMac replaced an older Mac Mini and monitor as a general system upgrade and to de-clutter the desktop. Happy with the results. The Retina display is incredibly sharp. The standard 5400 rpm hard drive, which is criticized by some pro reviewers, seems plenty fast. Even the built-in speakers aren't bad for listening to music while working. Bought this computer at Best Buy because of excellent display of Apple products, good sales assistance, and nicely featured BB credit card and points program.

I've had Mac products for quite some time. Just decided recently to get myself a new Mac. My old one was over 10 years old. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are expensive but money well invested. I purchased the one with the Retina display and OMG what a difference. I know that the machine is a lot slimmer with the new models but I do miss being able to put DVD's into the machine. You know have to purchase a extra drive for that. Over all I'm well satisfied with my purchase.

Great product that is compatible with all other Apple products. Comes out of the box easily, plug-in, turn on, and ready to use. Great for computer illiterate people like me. I love everything about it except it does not come with a DVD/CD ROM, which I like for copying pictures and videos. This was easily remedied by buying a $40 external DVD/CD ROM drive.

i'm a MAC only kind of user and this one lives up to the hype with the retina screen having great color.. my only problem is it's SLOW.. we've all gotten used to computer time and micro-seconds seem to take on more and more importance even if we're not pushed up against the next thing.. both my 3 year old laptop and my 8 year old iMac that was replaced by this one are faster.. .

It was a pleasure to get to know the product we wanted to buy a lot better through the kind explanation the store agent gave us. We had a much better experience from Best Buy than that we received in the Apple store.

My hp desk top all in one crashed. looked at others but was not impressed and since my wife bought a mac pro and was completely happy had to try. am satisfied with the operation and the the service from support on information and set up of programs

Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a Mac. Its clear and easy to use.

The iMac was what you expect from Apple. Beautiful new retina display, just a fast and solid computer all around. We've replaced all of our workstations with these and are very satisfied

We like the size and clarity of the monitor. The quality is every bit as good as our last Mac and the speed is fantastic.

Super fast and easy to get use to using everyday. I use it for my college classes and the dock helps me stay organized.

I bought this computer for my husband on his birthday and so far he is absolutely enjoying it. the quality is superb the downside is that my husband spends more time at his computer now than he used to before ;-)

what can I say?...Flawless! I also have a 27.5" iMac at a different location so buying the 21.5" iMac was a no-brainer. I have no problems with it and thoroughly enjoy it's look on my desktop.

Great display, 4K really brings out the details in photos and videos. Process is smooth. Love everything about it.

Thought it would be hard to change from P.C. to Mac, after a few instructions, really coming along. Enjoy the 4-K Video, better than anything I have seen. Still learning , but so glad I made the change ! Rick
