Absolutely Great Mac

This is one amazing Mac, works flawlessly everytime. Have had it for about 4 months now and no problems whatsoever, never had this kind of luck with anything using any version of Windows OS. We were so impressed we went back to best Buy about 2 months later and bought a Mac Book Pro also. We switched from android to iPhones and plan on stopping at Best Buy in the near future to purchase another Mac Book Pro so that the only OS being utilized in our home is Apple's OS, whether OS X or iOS. Best Buy has been a great experience for us also. Could not be happier.

New to IMac

I broke down to try an iPhone followed by the iMac to replace my laptop. The display is great but migration has been difficult to say the least. The Quicken transfer doesn't work with current os version. I've gotten two books to help me adapt but I'm still struggling.

Our Mac had become dated and it was time to upgrade. I view purchaing Macs as an investment: they're going to work, and they're going to work for a long time. Our sales rep did a good job of answering our questions, and the migration from the old Mac to the new Mac was seamless (but it take 16 hours to move all our content!).

Easy set up and migration from old to new

They have streamlined the process making everything so easy to set up. I did not want everything from my old desktop, so I connected to my backup drive (Airport Capsule) and selected only the files I needed. Music and photos were already accessible in the cloud. I was up and running within a few hours. I am not computer savvy, but the built in technology thought thru all of the set-up for me.

Great iMac for Students!

The computer is amazing for 3D graphic designing software, and the 4K resolution is great for watching and editing videos.

Great computer, easy to use, good reputation

As with most Apple products, it is easy to use and very efficient in its operation. Even a beginner can jump right into this device and operate it properly, and if not there are plenty of support platforms for support. My buying experience was quick and easy, even though it was during a very busy tax free weekend.
