It is so nice to have a computer that is fast and trouble free. I decided to leave Microsoft computers after 15 years due to the troubles caused every time I would get an update. So far my Mac has been updated several time without any problem or reduction in the speed of the computer.

It is just a large version of my iPhone and iPad. Not compatible with the things I need to do for work. My fault. Should have done better research. The 4K picture is nice.

I think about this computer more than 5 months, I never used apple products before. And now I'm so happy, because I bought it. Resolution is more than just awesome. I got cool deal: ordered in store and pay, but they been out, and I drive to nearby store and got my computer, without some tax

I switched from a Dell and besides the coolness factor, my IMAC is an amazing product. Screen resolution is great, very fast and I love working with iMovie on it rather than IPAD. If you have never used an IMAC there is a little bit of a learning curve on some basic functions.

We had a previous iMac for about 9 years and we loved it. Unfortunately, it was old enough that the operating system couldn't be updated. We purchased this new one as a replacement, and we are thrilled at how fast it is. There are also new features we didn't have before, so that was a plus!

Works great I love the control and having the volume on it instead of having to us a different control

This purchase was for a friend who needed a new computer. I was having to help her out quite a bit with her PC. Once it finally died I convinced her to get a Mac and I haven't had to help her once since doing a basic over view.

The 4K picture quality is fantastic. Words are crystal clear and easy to read. Easy on these old eyes.

Great screen display, easy to use. Office set-up was easy & transfer of files from old computer when fairly easy.

I've been keeping an eye on this computer for awhile. When it went on sale, the best I've seen anywhere for this computer. I just had to get it. I've always had apple products and switching from my 7 year old MacBook Pro to this was easy. Flat out happy with this purchase!

I use to use nothing but windows related computers. But I whent out on a limb and bought a apple iMac desktop and I am so happy that I switched. The operating system in this computer is far superior than anything else I've used. The Retina display makes EVERYTHING crystal clear.

Nothing surprises me about the performance of this Mac, I just love it. I had bought a desktop PC and was so disappointed, even though I've generally stuck with PCs over the years. I love Best Buy's return policy!

Like all Apple Products its awesome. For a couple years I relied on my Macbook Pro w/Retina display for my school needs. Once I started graduate school, I quickly realized I was going to need a desktop for certain things. This system has been perfect and I'm extremely happy with it.

I was interested in buying this one, because I've been wanting to get a desktop for a while (I have a surface pro & ipad). The associate helped me decide what would be best for me. I mainly use it for school, but I hope to play with it more to see what other things I can accomplish!

I have had multiple Imacs over the years and this one seems to be as good as the others.From imac generation to generation apple removes things and adds others you will find with this one there is no cd/dvd player burner,it does not effect me but it could be a pain for others.

I purchased this to replace a windows laptop. I love the all in 1 concept; since there are so many less cords. It is compact and does not take up a lot of room. The monitor is incredible. I still have a lot to learn on it; but am enjoying it. It was very easy to set up.

I love Apple products. My family has MacBooks and several units of iPhones. iMac is very much welcome to our family. Though it has a different way of manipulating the mouse, 'cause I'm used to trackpads, I don't mind relearning new things. The 4K screen is really nice and very clear.

Can't do better than a Mac desktop! No problems! Would recommend to anyone looking for a desktop.

Needed a new home computer-had a mac mini prior. Speakers are nice for standard unit.
