Easy to use. I had one issue and I called Apple. They have great customer service and walked me right through the change. Didn't like the change in the operating system but getting support is easy.

i love the simplicity of this computer compared to PC

Kids use it for their homework. I use it to play music and eBay. Wife uses it for e-mail. Small footprint and easy to set up. It automatically hooked up with wireless printer. More expensive, but worth the money. We'll see 1 year from now if I feel the same way.

Family talked me into buying Mac desktop after bad experience with Windows 10 and the "blue screen of death". Picture quality and load speed is so much better. Have IPad so learning curve time was lessened. Great product and knowledgeable folks at Best Buy.

I finally made the jump from PC to Mac. I have iPhone and iPad and finally the I Mac. Great purchase and my only reason for I Mac vs mac book pro is I don't take my laptop anywhere and the I Mac is one unit and 12lbs so if I do need to move it I can with ease.

I've been waiting to buy an iMac. Kept putting it off for needs. Finally I broke down and ordered one at Best Buy. The process was simple and swift. I got a good price and was in and out rather quickly. I bought the 21.5 iMac 4K and couldn't be happier.

This is our second Apple Computer, the first lasting over 12 years. It is easy to use, compatible with the iPhone, and for a general use computer at home, is great. No problems yet..............

Enjoy using my new iMAC. Wireless mouse & keyboard leaves much more room on the desk.

Our last PC stopped working & we transitioned to iMAC. We love the amount of space it requires; the sound & graphics are great. Set-up was easy, but we did have trouble with keychains, passwords, etc., but we contacted Apple support & got everything in order.

Great computer but need to read a book if you haven't owned a Mac computer before.

I was always a pc user, but after problem after problem I went with a Mac and it was a great choice, took a week to get used to it but it’s so much more user friendly and seems like it’s faster then my pc, get a Mac you won’t be disappointed

We purchased 2 of these. One for my wife and one for me. We both like these a lot. Was easy to setup and use. We have other apple products and like the way they can all be linked together.
