This is my first MAC and haven't had any issues learning the operating system or switching from MS office to the apple apps. Highly recommend!!

So far, I'm really liking my iMac. I'm normally a PC girl, but so far, I'm impressed. I feel like sometimes it takes a little bit for something to load, but that could just be me. There is definitely a learning curve. But, I've heard once you go Mac you never go back. We will see.

Bought for a person at my company, works really well and monitor is easy to see for older people.

My husband decided to do research prior to this purchase focusing on the clearity of image. It is beautiful and worth paying extra.

It's great. The best computer I ever bought. It was a birthday present for my daughter and it has great features to it. Especially the 4K.

I bought the imac as my second computer. I use it for photo editing in Photoshop and Lightroom, love it!

This has made a big difference in my office. I was using a laptop and now the visual display is so much easier and improves my productivity.

Love the apply computer all in one. It's simple and easy to use and doesn't take up too much space. It's also portable compared to a desktop.

I am having a very difficult time learning how to use basic functions on IMAC. I'm a long time PC user. I bought 2 books to find out how to use it. Something as basic as saving files and finding them afterward, cut & paste, lack of left & right click mouse, to start. This computer would be useless to me without a manual or class. I personally know no one that owns an IMAC. I was a Mainframe programmer and then Systems Analyst for 40 years and did not have exposure to IMAC. I may eventually love this IMAC. Since everyone I know are PC users, I can't recommend IMAC to my friends.

Since we already had an iMac and a MacBook Pro, and an iPad2 and a Mini-4, this was just the way to go for a new one to replace the iMac.

I had 2010 iMac which got hit by power surge due to lightning, I bought a new one with 8 GB RAM, I found out that the 21.5" is not upgradable. I would have choose the 16 GB if I knew that I could not upgrade.

We were told you just take it out the box and follow the prompts. What a joke. I was on the phone for an hour just getting it set up. I still can't print. My daughter was here when I was trying to use it and she quickly decided she wasn't going to get one.

I bought the Apple Watch and it's awesome. Customer service was great and showed me how to use it.
