Horrible customer service

Then when I bought it back the "expert" I spoke to wasn't there. Then the manager told me the salesperson sold me the wrong computer for my needs Then when I went to connect the peripheral he said I needed, it wasn't even what he told me he was selling me. Then the device that was the right one doesn't work like I was told. Best Buy let me down big time, and only one person in the store care enough to email me to see how the return went. No one else seemed to care at all. Very disappointed
