Just made the transition to a Mac from a PC laptop. Love it! Very user friendly, and it's nice that it syncs so well with our other Apple products. Smooth and easy to operate!

Super happy with the speed! This computer has no problem quickly running Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator at the same time during large projects. Zero lag, great purchase.

This is the first Apple computer I have purchased. It was easy to setup, help files were very useful and easy to understand.

I have always had PC computers. After getting viruses after viruses, computer crashing, hard drives failing and having to buy a new computer after computer I bought my first iMac! It is a little different than a PC, but it did not take me long to figure it out. I really like the look of the computer and all the extra space I now have at my desk! I would recommend switching to the iMac. I had an iPad and that helped the switch much easier. The monitor is so bright and colorful. I am a photographer and have thousands of pictures with really makes viewing the pictures very nice!

Easy to use this being my first Mac, I have my son if I had questions but only needed to ask one question...very easy o use if you have any sense And are savvy on computers

I got this because of price. The hdd it comes with is not fast. Plan on running OS X from an external ssd, or upgrade. But for the price it's not the worst. Love the picture quality. If you get it, you won't regret it. If it came it a ssd from the factory at this price it would be ideal, and get all 5 stars.

Bought computer for school work and work. Love the size and space on this computer. Enough capacity for iTunes and everything else we want to use this computer for.

I purchased the 21.5 in iMac to replace an older 27" iMac. It worked great but after testing it for over a week primarily editing photos I decided I wanted the 27" version. Best Buy's return police is great. I purchased the Retina 5K and it is even better. Thanks Best Buy for the 14 day return policy. My advice for photo editing; consider spending the difference and getting the 27" 5K retina model.

Went with the 21.5 Retina display and what I got was a great size display with beautifully rich colors tones. The speakers are incredible as well.

This is literally the best computer I have ever had! I have owned HP, Sony, Samsung, Dell, Macbook Pro, and now iMac. The only reason I would choose my macbook pro over this is because it is easier to carry around. That being said this computers image is great, the ease of use is amazing, and the speed and ability to run multiple programs is excellent! I am in love with it!

I was forced to purchase a new computer to run Turbo Tax 2016. My MacBook Pro is 6 years old and the operating system was incompatible. I use my iPad 99% of the time and only use an actual computer for Photoshop and household bookkeeping. I decided to go with a desktop this time not only because the screen is much larger making it easier to view two windows at a time, but because I could get more memory and RAM for my dollar. Transferring the contents of my laptop was simple once I found an ethernet cable in a desk drawer. I tried to do it through WiFi, but was going to take 22 hours! With the cable, it was complete in less than one. The computer works perfectly. No crashes and issues: the same as all my Apple computers. My first was in 1980. I switched to a Windows based computer when Windows 3.1 first came out. A few computers later, I was done. Windows based computers consistently slowed down after a few months. Crashes were to be expected. I went back to Apple in 2007 and never looked back. Love the wireless mouse and keyboard that comes with it; no batteries required. I just plug them in on occasion. They have not run out of power since I the purchase, so I couldn't tell you how long they actually last. It is over two weeks. I would not hesitate to purchase another in perhaps another 6 years!

I used MS products while working and got the iMac after I retired. Have been using iPads and iPhones and love them so I think the iMac will also be great.

This was too good of a deal to pass up. I have wanted to replace 11 year old iMac for 2 years. It really is amazing how easy it is to use.

I had no other intention other than to buy a MAC desktop. I thought that I should have got the larger screen, but I was amazed that the 4K Retina display made the screen pop and the 21.5" screen was perfect.

Love my Mac...the only thing is that It's taking me sometime to learn the commands, they are not the same as for windows, besides this its great...

I am a android and basically a windows based user along with my wife.. the only thing is that my 7 yr old has become quite techie himself. We have gone through 3 laptops and 3 pads in about 7 yrs. From all reviews and comments this should be the only computer I will need to buy for about 7 yrs. We have thought about buying a Mac for a few yrs now , but always end up with a Samsung or hp. Cause price differences are very different. Well I could of bought two Mac's for all the computers in have purchase. So I would say as of now completely satisfied.

Bought this macbook to replace a 6 year old model. The new retina display is so much better, and the increase in performance is very noticeable.
