... with the cheapest hard drive to slow. Display is awesome. CPU is good, the GPU is not the best one but works fine with most games and all apps. Weak point is the HDD. Open a app takes to long. Next time when i buy a iMac, i choose the Fusion Drive or a SSD.

Had to return computer the next day after purchase. Hardware problem for bluetooth failure. Same with second computer. Third one works great

Slow spinning Hard drive makes this iMac screech to a halt, if you can afford it go with the 27 inch iMac , which is more upgradeable.

The screen is super clear thanks to the retina and the 4k combination display. As far as power goes, plenty powerful with this Intel i5 processor running at 3.1ghz, 8gb ram and with the 1TB hard drive you will never run out of space. When looking at which one to buy, if you speed and a nice display, this is your ideal machine.

I've been a Windows Desktop user for years and found Apple difficult to use/understand. I see where it's important to take a class to learn.

I’ve had this computer for 5 years and it’s extremely slow. I got it to run photoshop and Lightroom and have been very disappointed with the performance from the start. It shuts off randomly while I’m working and freezes all the time. My next step is to take it in to a tech guy and see if they can fix.

Returned this iMac. Sorry I have used a PC for twenty years, I exchanged it for a new PC. Best Buy has an excellent return policy.

Was running MAMP Pro and Atom and the computer was using about 500 MB of swap space.

Even though I wanted the IMAC I returned it do to the fact that I purchased it for a small work space and needed to be able to wall mount it... After searching online to find out I couldn't remove the stand I returned the product.. Good thing I did apparently the drive was bad on this model..

Apple has great products in craftsmanship and beauty, but function hit a low in this one as speed was a huge issue coming from a MacBook Air to this, the hard drive speed was enough of a turnoff to take it back and get another MacBook Air.

Bought a Mac All in One, still learning how to use it but ok so far.

Bought in May of 2015. Died 12-17. I was told it was the hard drive - It simply wouldn't boot. After 18 months. Then, apple does not recognize the serial number from the bottom of the machine.

First time puchchasing a MAC. It runs extremely slow. Apps take nearly 15 sometime 30 seconds to open! Like email, or even safari for just trying to get on the web.

Within two weeks of the purchase it asked for an update. It has been locked up since. The administrator has not been able to do anithing
