    The charging cord has a nice feel to it and seems to be built solidly. Both ends are USB-C and can be used with any devices with those ports.

    I love the fact they made the cord with the braided type material. Hopefully this will correct the issue with the old cord coated in the plastic rubber materials that seems to peel after having awhile or many uses

    My generic airbook charging cord lasted a little while, but ultimately wasn't charging my airbook properly. Just go ahead and purchase the Apple charging products that mtach your device. You'll be happier in the long run.
