    My wife needed a new phone because the contacts list disappeared from her old one, which was also so old that Apple was no longer updating its operating system. The manager of the phone section happened to come in to the store on his off day and took us under his wing, helping her to access her contacts list and other data on her iCloud account, restoring all to the old phone then transferring it to the new one. We left very happy.
