Purchased a new iMac online and picked it up the next day in-store. Everything I needed was in one box (except the software) and it was very easy to install - took less than an hour using the directions. This coming from someone who is not a tech-y. It was also $100 less than buying it direct from Apple.

This replaces a 10 year old iMac. Much better performance and beautiful screen. The provided mini keyboard is hard to get used to, but works, it and the mouse being wireless is awesome. I do miss a DVD drive - I had pictures to load from this summer's vacation and that presented a challenge.

Needed extra work space for handling business at home, chose the 27" and couldn't be happier!!! The screen is huge and allows to have multiple screens open for easy viewing and access from screen to screen, rather than open and close like ok a laptop or smaller screen. Having the fusion drive is a plus as well.

Love the big big screen, only wish it was also touch function and compatible with pencil like the pad. Quality proven design but is also dated style for Apple

What you pay for the name brand is absolutely worth it. The screen size and processing power is everything I need for grad school and then some! I can seamlessly transition from manipulating giant spreadsheets and financial software to media editing on a giant display with kickass sound. Love it!

We love our Apple prinducts! They are so easy to set up and start using. We never have problems with viruses.

I have been a Mac user exclusively since the G3. I considered many options when it was time to move on from my 8 core Mac Pro and was concerned maybe the iMac would not have equal or greater processing power. I tool a chance and was gratified to find how great it performs!!!

I love our new Mac, I wasn’t sure if we should go with the larger screen but I’m so glad we did! It’s absolutely amazing! Watch for sales and always price match. I got the best deal possible by price matching while it was already on sale as well.i shop at Best Buy because of this .

This is the first time I've owned a Mac. There its a slight learning curve because many of the features are different than a PC but the geek squad associate reviewed many of the different feature after he installed my Mac. I'm hoping to get a longer life out of the Mac than PC's due to virus issues.

This is why I chose Apple every time. They never disappoint with their products. I highly recommend this iMac.

I bought this computer to photoshop on, and I have never been more thrilled with a purchase. I was deciding between this and another MacBook Pro, and I'm so thankful I chose the iMac. The screen is so vivid, it's fast as can be, and it hardly takes up any room on my desk.

After having this all in one for almost a year I can honestly say I will never buy another windows computer again. This thing hasn’t slowed down one bit. I have never had such a worry and maintanace free computer. Well worth every penny as I can see it lasting for years to come.

This iMac is overall a great computer. Its a decent upgrade over the previous generation, but it is really due for a new design. The 27" screen was huge when it was first released by quickly became the norm. I also noticed the price drops significantly few months after release, so it pays to be patient.

This is my 3rd iMac computer and this is the fastest of the three. I am very happy with the response time and visual display. I was surprised that it doesn't come with a cd/dvd slot like my old one but it does have a rechargeable mouse and keyboard. Overall I really like this new computer.

The product is nice but we were very disappointed that the keyboard that comes standard did not have a numeric keypad. Thus had to be purchased separately and for the price of this system, that is not acceptable.

My family and co-workers use this for a flower shop and photo shoot business. It is so awesome at editing photos and printing it out to large format printers. With a Photoshop subscription, this computer makes it so fast and easy to do multiple layers of edits on photos.

We purchased this computer to replace our mid 2011 iMac and we couldn't be happier. Love how big the screen is and how much faster is starts up. Of course with it being Apple, we knew we were not going to disappointed and we have not been. Looking forward to many more years with this iMac
