I replaced my 10 year old 24" iMac with this 27". These Macs are well made, reliable, easy to use, stylish. After 10 years of stellar performance there was never any question as to which desktop I would buy. The 27" Retina display is great for photography and video looks so real.

I have never had a Mac before and always used PCs. This is a quick machine. The only downside I have is that my icloud contacts will not sync to it Outlook.

Love my iMac. Love all the features it has for photos and imovie for videos. That was one of the main reasons why I bought it. I had a older version of iMac in the pass. Would definitely recommend this computer to someone

Overall it is a great computer, replaced my 10 year old iMac which was still working OK, just slower. Hope it lasts and performs as well as the old one after 10 years. Was super easy to transfer my old info to the new computer. Was sooo much quicker than buying at the Apple store.

It is not the IMac that is the problem. It is me negotiating time to learn the ins and outs of creating it to be a purposeful tool for me

I have always bought Dell and HP desktops for the past 15 yrs. I found their prices more competitive over Apple iMacs. After two weeks of owning this 27" iMac I will never buy anything else. Truthfully I got much more than I bargained for. Wished I had bought Apple at the beginning.

I was concerned about switching to an Apple product. I thought it would take time to learn how to run it to make it useable. A friend told name that Apple systems are very intuitive and it would be easier than I thought. They were right, I was using it on day 1.

This is my 2nd iMac and the 27" screen is amazing. It is user friendly and compatible with all the software I use. Being able to have multiple docs open on the screen helps my writing and referencing. I can easily migrate data from my Mac laptop to my desktop.

Easy to set up, learn the minor changes on the keyboard, and download a 4K image to view on my 5K monitor. WOW. I look forward to 5K images, movies etc. This is a fast boot, high storage capacity, automated balancing act between SSD and drive, and wow. You have got to see it.

We upgraded from the 2010 iMac. Looked at the 2015 models on clearance, but decided to go ahead and go to the new 2017 models with the faster processor .

I have had Apple products since its inception but never an IMAC until now. I absolutely love it and wondering ... where have I been ? lol. My only complaint is the keyboard. It should have come with the bigger one that includes the keypad. Other than that ... it's glorious.

Not one major issue besides the fact that it has been almost impossible to download and install apps (printer enabler, banking apps and so forth - not available, as of yet)... I love my iMac and would definitely buy it all over again if given the opportunity...

As an apple connoisseur I haven’t been let down by any of its products yet and this iMac 27” hasn’t changed my opinions about the brand with that I’m blessed thank you Apple and for those who are looking to get what you pay for your welcome ahead of time.

This is my first Mac computer. My son warned me that it would be very different from using a PC. He was correct. I use a PC at work so I find it difficult to use this Mac due to everything being so different. As far as quality I think they are probably better than a PC. Less security issues. The processor is. Dry fast. Doesn’t lag like previous issues I’ve had with a PC. Overall I wish I would’ve stuck with a PC.

Our last iMac was bought in 2009. My wife uses it most of the time and her colleagues were surprised that it was still working. We had a second monitor with it. The 27” replaced both, she can split screens and operates much faster and loves it.

I've been a Mac user since 2011. For my home device, I transitioned from a Mac Book Pro to the iMac for the 5k resolution and updated ports. I've been using the iMac for 4 months at the time of this review and have not experienced any issues.

Wish it came with a manual you could read instead of using the internet for training or making a phone call to tech support. Fewer updates with Apple and that's important to me. Windows 10 (my other computer) installed an update which caused my hard drive to crash - less than two years old. Have an iPad, 12 years old and no issues. Apple may cost more but I couldn't put a $$ figure on "fewer frustrations and reliability." So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Apple . . .

We’re an Apple family, so when we needed to upgrade, we got this and it has been well worth it. I’m not a big techie - I just want a quality product, and I’ve stood by Apple for years. No need to change now.

Recently purchased this desktop and absolutely love it. I was a bit hesitant as I have never owned a Mac before but it is very user friendly, quick & easy set up, and the retinta display is beautiful. Glad I chose to go with the bigger 27" display.

Second iMac I’ve ever purchased. Bought last one in 2007 and prolonged its life with installation of 2.5 tb hard drive. Finally had to take the plunge a get new iMac due the inability to load latest software!!! Happy with the decision.
