    this is the 3rd or 4th Apple computer product I've purchased in the past 12 years, and the first that did not have a seamless integration with the others. Apple did help me to get the errors fixed, but then things like "we don't help with 3rd party software" came into play. Yet, the Migration assistant in other products I've purchased always brought that info in without issue. Long story short I think Apple is taking pages from someone else's playbook and their support is going downhill at a rapid pace. I'll rethink building my own PC vs buying a prebuilt one before I buy again.
