Apple is overpriced

The internal storage is ridiculously low. We were constantly getting messages about not having enough storage. Had to purchase an external hard drive. Also have had many issues with password not being recognized. Within first 4 months we had to call Apple support 3 times and have full factory resets done.

Relatively satisfied
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had with too many software problems w/this new computer, Yes,it's brand new,but I really can't 100% excuse the problems on that.Even Apple Care has had difficulties trying to assist. The Geek Squad service that Yesenia provided was excellent, but the data transfer was incomplete, and ignored the 2nd hard drive transfer.
