A little disappointed

My biggest complaint is that it is woefully under powered in terms of RAM. As a result, everything runs slowly on this computer: booting, surfing, etc. I guess I’ll have to go buy some additional RAM. Fortunately, it is upgradable.

Apple support did help me fix the issue(s) (eventually), but the fact that it did not just transfer everything from one Mac to the new one was rather disappointing.
