I decided to replace my older 2010 Mac and this machine is a great upgrade. I did add a extra 32gig ram for 40 total it is much cheaper to do this yourself rather than order from Apple. The speed is great the 5K res is outstanding. Very very nice system. I was on the fence about buying a new Mac I am so glad I made the move. Very pleased with the purchase. And the people at Best Buy were great to work with, answered all my questions made the purchase a breeze.

Great experience. Buying, ease of set up. First iMac so a little learning curve. Pretty intuitive though.

This computer can do almost anything. My wife uses it for design and says it's better the one she has at work.

I used to have a Mac Mini (2011) that I did screen captures on. I used it enough that I decided to invest in a new iMac (5K screen!!!). Before setting up my iMac, I rendered a video on the Mac Mini, which took 30 to 40 minutes (I don't know exactly). After rendering it, and after setting up the iMac, I notices some issues. I re-edited the video and rendered it again, this time, it took about 15 minutes. Well worth the investment.

I straddled the fence thinking about the 21" or 27" screen for my new desk top. Reluctantly I chose the larger screen. Now, I'm thrilled. I replaced my 17" MacBook Pro and discovered the larger screen adds another level of enjoyment to my PC time. No more squinting...and I'm enjoying the clarity and color of family pictures too. I mean, doesn't my gorgeous 9year old grand daughter deserve to be seen in all her true glory? Won't go wrong with this choice.

My old Mac gave out after 10 years and this is a better replacement. Thinner and lighter with better graphics

Bought several of these for business. Had a couple of fusion drives go bad though.

I bought this 2 years ago and it still does a great job. the 2TB memory is so useful.
