Do not buy

It arrived past the month return window so they refused to let me return it or send the correct items ordered. Absolutely ridiculous customer support. On hold for hours and hung up on multiple times.

I’m not blaming BestBuy for the product but Apple went completely downhill. I even took care of it and everything and it still doesn’t work. Yet I use my off brand charger I had for two years, almost falling apart, and it still works. Guys maybe don’t buy apple charger anymore.

Constantly replacing!

Mine last about 6 months as I use them all the time. Especially in the car for better reception with the blue tooth. I only wish the price were more reasonable
