Have tried other lower cost USB cords and they don't work the same, always seem to wear out and calls issues with charging or music playing. This item works great and is very durable.

There is nothing like a true Apple product. I will NEVER buy a non-apple cord again as they do not last as long as the real thing. Don't buy a fake and waste money, just buy the real thing.

Stay with the Apple brand for the iPad. The accessories are more expensive than generics, but they are 100% good.

I bought a 3 foot and a 6 foot. Both work great and met my needs of charging fast with the USB plug adapter I bought. Use apple products only if you want it to work right.

I bought a Apple - 3.3' Lightning-to-USB 2.0 Cable charger for my new iPhone, and it works! It's white, it sends power from an electrical outlet into my phone, and my phone is able to HOLD THAT POWER for about half the day. When my iPhone power runs low, I plug it back into the Apple - 3.3' Lightning-to-USB 2.0 Cable and more power goes into my phone. I LOVE IT!!!

This is an Apple brand charging cord. I have lots of third-party charging cords that also work but I find the Apple brand ones work better and longer. So I like it and it's great !

Just got a new Honda and the salesman suggested I get a car charger for my IPhone 6 - the Honda has Apple Play and I can easily access my contacts list, make phone calls and send texts using voice commands. Delighted by the ability to fully utilize my IPhone in the car without taking my hands off the wheel.

I have tried 3rd party charges and it was a waste of money. Did not last long at all. The apple charger is expensive for a charger but it won't die out on you as quickly as the others.

the Apple USB cable has better fit to Apple products than 3rd party cables and has held up well to daily use.

I had purchased a less expensive cable from another vendor and was really dissatisfied. It took forever to charge my phone. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I guess the old say, "You get what you pay for", is true. With the cable I purchased from Best Buy, there were no problems, it works great every time.

I've learned a lesson over the years by trying to save a few bucks buying aftermarket cables... For me it's not worth the aggravation to save a few bucks for a product that will not work with my device while in the case.. Cables that have insulation peel off... Save yourself a headache and buy genuine OEM...
