This is a very reliable cord . . . Much more so than all the new fangled ones they keep promoting. Those keep failing but the Apple brand is reliable.

Can find cheaper products by the apple product cords fit the lifeproof cases the best

The plug out that was a good plug it in and it still is working on to this day. I would recommend someone buying it is their plug does not work anymore.

I purchased this Apple lightning charging cable to replace my worn out cord. I find that Apple products work best with my Apple devices rather than third party. There was a sale going on at the time so I received a great price for this item.

I prefer to spend the small investment on OEM products simply for the safety and protection of products I've spent so much money on as-is. Anytime my power cords especially show signs of wear I replace them, but I didn't have to make this purchase for that reason, but rather I left my power cord behind while traveling and needed a replacement. I know cords + Apple are often touted as being a gimmick because they're overpriced and break so easily, but I've never had an apple made cord have any problems in the decade I've been using apple products.

Apple product is costly and there is no way out. One has to buy it and what great it can be that an OEM product is available in one place with other items. Wire comes on different lengths and fits all needs. Bestbuy reps knowledge and price match is awesome.

The apple Lightning to usb cable is very reliable. Much better than the other brands.

The length of the cable helps keep my phone in arms reach without having to unplug it.

I've learned time and time again. Get accessories that are made by the devices company. Apple products work better on Apple Devices. Last longer. You get what you pay for.

I would always recommend an actual apple cable when getting a new charger for a phone for compatibility and the security of knowing it was made for my phone.

I have tried cheaper I-phone charging cords, they break or stop working after a while. The branded product is more expensive but worth it because of durability
