Always use for synching / backup

( I know part of that is on Apple) I just know that these will always work for anything involving data between my iPhone or iPad and my Mac.

Definitely worth the money

These cables have a chip in them and so are sensitive. Apple ensures their's are the best

Apple Quality is Best

The garbage you buy online at Amazon and eBay are knock offs that don't last.

Fabulous, though weak near plug in phone

The only problem I have is that it is a bit weak in its design where the reinforced plastic is near the end that plugs into the phone. If you are not diligent in pulling it out by the plastic, and making sure that area doesn't kink, then you are looking at a cable replacement.
